At What the Flood, we want you to love your gear almost as much as a government employee loves a three-day weekend.

Because our products are made-to-order, we only offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect items received
Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@whattheflood.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested so we can investigate the situation with the seriousness of a mandatory training module.

For best long-term results, please follow the washing and care instructions provided with your purchase. Your shirt works hard, but it is not eligible for hazard pay.
